This service is not at all reliable. We just ordered food and were told the food will be here in an hour but it is almost 2 hours and there is no one even to confirm that the order was placed! Instead the person is telling us that the order was already received! This is amazing considering that they had my contacts and everything! I would caution all potential customers about this.. Beware!!
We finally got the food after a lot of calling back and forth. There was apparently some network problem, but they were gracious enough to make it complimentary and apologized profusely. The food was quite good, and we will give them another chance.
